In response to the decision and deployment of the municipal government and to continuously extend and thicken the whole industry chain of the upstream and downstream of the precision manufacturing industry, Jining Energy Development Group, Utmost, the Industrial Transportation Committee of Jining Old Science Association and the Confucian Culture and Enterprise Development Association of Jining organized a forum on high-end manufacturing to help build a 10 billion industrial park with high quality development in Utmost on July 1. Pan Hanjiu, former deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress and general advisor of Jining Confucian Culture and Enterprise Development Association, and Min Wei, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Jining Energy, attended and presided over the meeting.

The 12th Party Congress issued a mobilization order of "go ahead and open a new bureau", and sounded a clarion call to firmly promote the strategy of manufacturing city, and deeply carry out the breakthrough action of manufacturing city, this forum focuses on high-end intelligent manufacturing, and brings together more than 20 persons in charge of machinery industry in the city to help build Jining Energy Precision Manufacturing Industrial Park high-quality development. During the meeting Shengyuan Holdings Chairman Chen Hong introduced the overall development plan of Jining Energy Precision Manufacturing Industrial Park to the attending leaders, and Utmost Chairman Yang Quan and Alloy General Manager Jia Yang Yang reported on the development of the company respectively.

After listening carefully to the introduction, the participating entrepreneurs affirmed the soft and hard strength of the precision manufacturing industrial park. The entrepreneurs were introduced to the development and operation of their respective enterprises, and at the same time put forward constructive guidance for the creation of a 10 billion industrial park, and exchanged and negotiated on the next areas of cooperation, cooperation projects, etc. The meeting deepened communication and cooperation in the exchange and built win-win bridges and bonds.
