The oxygen flow was stable throughout the start-up process, and the oxygen flow fluctuations and oxygen leakage problems were effectively resolved. This time, the domestically produced oxygen control valve brought to Yankuang Guohong Company more than three years of stable operation of equipment and greatly reduced equipment investment. Since then, there have been more coal chemical plants using domestically produced oxygen control valves.

Some people joked that an “inadvertent” choice by Yankuang Guohong Company changed the wind direction that could only rely on imports and saved the fate of domestically produced oxygen control valves. Indeed, if Yankuang Guohong Company habitually insisted on "domestic unreliability" and "responsibility for buying domestic brands", there would be no success with domestic oxygen control valves.

There has long been an oddity among China's coal and chemical companies: suppliers are chosen not by their manufacturing capacity but by the country in which they are registered. European and American brands a level, a joint venture brand a level, a domestic brand a level. Companies usually define European and American brands as high-end and domestic brands as low-end, and they even lack the courage to put domestic brands and imported brands together to compete. A lot of coal chemical enterprises technology and procurement personnel holding "the choice of imported brands do not assume responsibility for the problem, the choice of domestic brands to assume responsibility for the problem; Do not take responsibility for the products of famous big companies, and do not take responsibility for the products of small companies "bias, do not import in equipment procurement.

Some coal and chemical companies have a double standard on brand issues: when an imported brand goes wrong, the company will patiently discuss with the equipment manufacturer the cause of the problem, modify the product, and then continue to buy the brand's spare parts. Even when imported brands explode, they are often treated leniently. However, there is often a lack of trust and patience for domestic products. Not to mention the product explosion, even if there is a problem in the operation of the product, the brand will be sentenced to death, waiting for its fate is to be replaced and never hired.

In fact, any product should be improved in the process of continuous use. Even if foreign brands have a history of 100 years, there will be such and such problems in the use process. Some imported brands are even more famous, but in fact, they are difficult to match. Enterprises spend a lot of money in exchange for continuous maintenance, and there are many such things. For coal chemical enterprises, whether imported or domestic, big brand or small brand, if the technical scheme and technical parameters are not suitable for the actual working conditions, their products can not be used normally and stably. On the contrary, no matter imported or domestic, big brand or small brand, if the technical scheme and technical parameters are suitable for the actual working conditions, their products can be used normally and stably. Manufacturing is the cornerstone of a strong industry and cannot be built overnight. China's coal chemical equipment manufacturing industry has just started, is constantly catching up with the imported brands, although some products have the same quality with the imported brands, even has surpassed the imported brands, but there is still a certain gap. The road to the localization of coal chemical equipment requires not only the excellent technology of the equipment manufacturers, but also the coal chemical enterprises to take off their colored glasses. They should not simply and roughly regard the imported and domestic products as "high-end" and "low-end". After all, companies buy products, not nationalities. In particular, coal chemical technicians and purchasing personnel not only have the responsibility and obligation to screen and select products and equipment of good quality for enterprises, but also to create development space for domestic products. By communicating with equipment manufacturers about technical plans and technical parameters, they can help equipment manufacturers continuously improve product quality.

For equipment manufacturers, the market is the only standard for inspecting products. Do n’t be afraid to compete with imported products, and do n’t be afraid of others comparing your products with imported products. Only through market tests and collisions can the level of technology and professionalism be further improved, laying a solid foundation for localization. Believe that companies buy products after all, and good products will eventually speak. Therefore, the focus of equipment manufacturers should be placed on product quality, technical solutions, and technical characteristics. Rather than complaining that others are not patriotic, let your products work hard to win glory for the country first.
